Quality Control
The Tendercare quality control system is simple and effective.
Staff are vetted, and selected, through applications, references and any previous qualifications. A CRB and POVA check are carried out on all staff and these must be clear before staff can attend at any service user's property.
Careful monitoring of staff is in place, through supervisions, observations and appraisals, on a regular basis, to ensure effective quality care and care appropriate to the needs of the service users is being provided at all times. This also allows Tendercare management the opportunity to ask staff any questions they may have regarding their employment with Tendercare and any other issues they may wish to raise concerning other staff or even service users and/or their family.
Clients and their family are also covered with the quality control measures we have in place.
Once a year we will send out questionnaires to you for you to complete. This will only take about five minutes of your time. This gives you the opportunity, anonymously if you wish, to make your comments known to the Management of Tendercare. Responses will be responded to if required to do so.
Professionals who Tendercare work with regarding your care, for example a Social Worker, will also receive a questionnaire. Again, this can be completed anonymously if they so wish.
